Resolution here is to find and delete these non-conforming OmicsProcessing documents.

Also resolves #1897

82 Referential Integrity exceptions found from 2 studies:

0 through 78 from "nmdc:sty-11-dcqce727"
79 through 81 from "nmdc:sty-11-547rwq94"

Ran delete_omics_processing_has_output_ref_integrity_exceptions.js without error. Afterwards, re-running data_qc/omics_processing_has_output_data_objects.js found 0 results
