Expand `StationaryPhaseEnum` to include values needed for GC-MS and LC-MS metab data

Need to add BEH HILIC and methylpolysiloxane as permissible values to Enum. Also change the description of the Enum as these are stationary phases used beyond solid phase extraction processes (as currently described).
