Update `MetabolomicsAnalysis` `slot_usage` of the `git_url` slot #1963

This PR addresses issue: https://github.com/microbiomedata/nmdc-schema/issues/1942

It updates the slot_usage in the MetabolomicsAnalysis class for the git_url slot, so it clarifies that the url must point to an exact workflow for workflows that share the same github repo.
