As a proposed solution for existing nom records which don't have an ID version, see https://github.com/microbiomedata/issues/issues/707, we would need to add slot alternative_identifiers to WorkflowExecutionActivity.
This was discussed briefly at the napa meeting and there was consensus that this was a reasonable solution.
