Tasks

[ ] Identify migrator (in berkeley-schema-fy24) that creates MassSpectrometry documents based upon OmicsProcessing documents
[ ] Update that migrator so that it does the following:
- If any of the fields listed below exists and is non-empty, raise an exception
- If any of the fields listed below exists and is empty, remove that field

Background

In berkeley-schema-fy24 PR https://github.com/microbiomedata/berkeley-schema-fy24/pull/104, the following slots were removed from the DataGeneration class:

gold_sequencing_project_identifiers
insdc_bioproject_identifiers
insdc_experiment_identifiers
ncbi_project_name
target_gene
target_subfragment
