`berkeley-schema-fy24`: Make migrator that removes `MetagenomeAnnotation.gold_analysis_project_identifiers` field

Task

• [x] Implement migrator (either modify existing one or create new one) that removes the gold_analysis_project_identifiers field from all documents in the metagenome_annotation_set collection. If the field is not empty, have the migrator move its value to the gold_analysis_project_identifiers field (list) (creating that field if necessary) of the WorkflowChain document that the MetagenomeAnnotation is a part_of.

This migrator is in development now. It is in this draft PR. I expect for it to be finalized on Thursday, June 6.
