nmdc-schema doesn't know about the compatibility of GOLD path elements #316

@pkalita-lbl has modifications to DataHarmonizer that make the more specific GOLD path elements dependent on the more general ones. It also resets the more specific ones if a more general one is changed.

implementation with enums vs strings?

source of the GOLD path knowledge?

Some of the data and code are NMDC-specific... integrate with sheets and friends?
