[x] Existing module paths won't be the same unless addressed
[x] Existing CLI tools and utility code won't work until addressed (placed back in a publishable directory, exposed under the module path that existing users expect)

- May require adding some package dependencies back in
- Is this an opportunity to understand how to add utilities to the published package in general?

Currently only generating a few artifacts... should document the performance and outcome of the others

Is this a good opportunity to retry linkml-sqldb dump? with some of the exhaustive example data files?
