This is a meta issue to track tasks for successful migration to Berkeley schema

Tasks:

[ ] Investigate removing the used column from some workflow tables
[ ] Investigate the use of the progress bar during metagenome annotation ingest
[ ] Clean up references to omics_processing, including changing table name
[ ] Update column name for relevant_protocols on study model
[x] Update user-facing language (e.g. omics processing -> data generation) (#1326)
[x] Update ingest code (#1295)
[x] Update dependencies to use berkeley packages (#1374, #1368) <- note that this should be revisited as newer versions get released
[x] Front-end changes for submission schema updates (#1375)

Context

Meta-issue tracking progress of ensuring nmdc-server code is compatible with the "Berkeley" schema for NMDC. The berkeley-schema-migration branch is meant to hold all changes related to the migration.
