BUG: Table of submissions doesn't show study name #1377

I'm not sure where this bug lies... but

I made a study Gave it a title The title isn't appearing in the table?

Also seeing this, Montana made some studies and gave me editor or viewer permissions, they appear in my table but do not display the study name.

This has nothing to do with the Berkeley submission schema (https://github.com/microbiomedata/submission-schema/issues/220). It has nothing to do with the Berkeley refactor branch of nmdc-server at all.

I verified that you can see the same behavior on dev today. Based on a very brief assessment I would say that it is related to the changes in https://github.com/microbiomedata/nmdc-server/pull/1322. Since those changes have already gone to prod, I assume you would see the same behavior there, as well, but I haven't tested it specifically.
