Placeholder master ticket to expose material processing information enabled by version 11 of nmdc-schema.

Desired layout has been mocked up in https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1ubYn0TMVNJ6VkG5UoQNns5NsJaqPUnro/edit#slide=id.p3

Target for this is end of April.
