Display version information on Data Portal. #963

We would like to display version information on the Data Portal front end so that users can clearly see which version of the software they are using. Version information should be included for

  1. Software version (can be based on current release version of container image)

  2. NMDC Schema version (may need some more discussion)

  3. NMDC Data Version or Ingest Date?

  4. and 3. may need additional discussion.

Swagger UI now displays the application version number. Details: https://github.com/microbiomedata/nmdc-server/issues/1092

We did get some questions during data portal user research about data version but we are ingesting nightly now, not doing explicit data releases.
