In this branch, I deleted a redundant file from the code base. It is redundant to a file in the nmdc-aggregator repository. I confirmed that there are no references to this file in this code base, except for a reference in a code coverage results file, which is I file I will recommend be removed from the code base also (as a separate ticket).
