metaAssembly output update (v1.0.5) #189

Included bbcms outputs to output section of workflow. https://github.com/microbiomedata/metaAssembly/blob/58c8ad7868c74157bcfdd7022421aadb9d34f646/jgi_assembly.wdl#L103C11-L103C52

[ ] bump version in workflow.yaml to 1.0.5
[ ] Automation needs to be updated to record a data object of data_object_type 'Error Corrected Reads' for *__bbcms.fastq.gz
[ ] format of input.json needs to be updated to accommodate changes introduced in v1.0.4

This is lower priority than getting annotation and binning updated.
