Add narrative about where to find the API documentation #3

In both the R and python notebooks, add some narrative about where to find the API documentation and which requests we used for the data retrieval steps.

Brynn if you do this first, I will incorporate into the .rmd file

Specify if this is the runtime NMDC API

OK if we add link to NMDC_Documentation repo for now, can redirect to front facing documentation later.
