We should add an additional R notebook to do some basic data exploration of processed data beyond metagenomics data.

Sister issue to microbiomedata/nmdc_notebooks#33, contingent on microbiomedata/issues#725.

[ ] Investigate how to move API call functions out of notebooks and into a shared file
[x] Implement API call functions to traverse NMDC schema from processed NOM data up to biosamples
[ ] Choose data to use based on biosample characteristics
[ ] Develop visualizations of selected processed data
