27 dill required in multiple notebooks but not stated in dependencies #47

This PR addresses #27 by adding dill and statsmodel modules to the requirements_dev.txt used for developing the notebooks.

I've updated the PR text to include a brief description of what the PR accomplishes - I like that as part of the PR for review purposes, even if the issue restates it.

@samobermiller Now that's been reviewed, you can merge in the PR and delete the branch you used to make it.
