(MongoDb query to get unique ecosystem_subtypes for Bio-Scales study: db.getCollection("biosample_set").distinct("ecosystem_subtype",{"part_of":"nmdc:sty-11-r2h77870"})
) These include lots of subtypes. Not sure if other studies collect this type of info besides Bio-Scales.
[ ] How do the above variables (nitrogen, etc.) change with historical weather data (use other python packages to get historical weather data like pyOWM along with collection_date
(for Bio-Scales is 09-02-2020 through 09-12-2020). Since weather probably didn't change that much, might not be very interesting.
[ ] For NEON: How does water_content
of the soil change with time (collection_date.has_raw_value
) for each type of soil_horizon
