Branding changes and adding simple routing #9

Fixes #8. Fixes #2.

Branding is updated to use official logo, favicon, colors:

Simple routing now exists, containing the full state of the app which is (1) the type, e.g. study, sample, and (2) the filtering conditions. The conditions are just a serialized JSON array for now, hence the ugly URLs. Using permalinks and forward/back browser buttons to switch between search states should work for the most part.
