The following terms in Zobler_540 soil types have no mapping to MixS enum:

WATER/OCEAN/LAKE HAPLIC XEROSOL CALCIC XEROSOL LUVIC XEROSOL GYPSIC XEROSOL GLACIER/ICE

(suggest using Xerosols term for all Xerosol categories to be compatible with other cases. Using 'Water' and 'Ice' for now in csv file. )
