cogs instructs users to re-share already-shared sheets #103

In almost all use cases, the user can just hit enter and ignore this

You must share this sheet to continue:
  1. Open https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cMlPKgjZh-v21aMYCm9x1TxzE5BwGQptBQcvuaYAtC8
  2. Share with (as "Editor"): nmdc-dh-sheets-1@nmdc-dh-sheets.iam.gserviceaccount.com
  3. Uncheck "Notify people" and send

That sharing step is only required once for any Google Sheet that hasn't been used with the nmdc-dh-sheets-1@nmdc-dh-sheets.iam.gserviceaccount.com service account yet
