Ensure linkml-datastructure interfaces can be tied into the portal

For example, I just

• ran make nmdc in the linkml-datastructure branch of https://github.com/cidgoh/DataHarmonizer
• checked out the issue-100-netlify-linkml-datastructure branch of sheeets_and_friends
• copied most of the files from my DataHarmonzer directory into sheets_and_friends/docs
  • Should automate this, especially the removal of:
  • LICENSE
  • Makefile
  • README.md
  • requirements.txt
  • script/linkml.py
  • all templates except for nmdc-dh
  • venv
• git-add docs
• commit and push
• visit netlify link from conversation tab on PR page
  • https://deploy-preview-101--voluble-pika-79eed4.netlify.app/linkml

images may not be necessary either

Note that the alphabetically first nmdc_dh/air template is loaded by default. Use the Template button at the top of the screen to switch templates. @subdavis I especially want to make sure that the portal can handle this new(?) template menuing. The template URL parameter still works: https://deploy-preview-101--voluble-pika-79eed4.netlify.app/linkml?template=nmdc_dh/air. I have no idea of whether your message passing code is in this branch.

This is distinct from merging the PR into main, which will update the GH pages, and therefor update the sample submission page in the portal
