remember how to "exhaust" (recursively resolve) the dependencies of slots imported by sheets_and_friends/shuttle.py from import_slots_regardless for new sediment modelling #79 (but equally applicable to removing some hard-coded soil imports)

Don't worry about deleted libraries... they get copied from the DataHarmonizer git submodule.

The changes in the artifacts files reflect use cases that aren't about soil biosamples.
