Misc minor fixes

These changes are the fixes for:

• https://github.com/microbiomedata/issues/issues/217 Remove the required override on rna_cont_well
• https://github.com/microbiomedata/issues/issues/242 Take alt out of some interface classes
• https://github.com/microbiomedata/nmdc-schema/issues/858 Update the validation_converter.tsv sheet to use the new keyword expected by sheets_and_friends. This restore the regex pattern on geo_loc_name and a couple other slots.
• https://github.com/microbiomedata/submission-schema/issues/95 Used a new {float}-{float} string serialization for depth in soil and sediment classes. In other classes depth will continue to use {float}|{float}-{float}.

I'm intentionally not closing the issue with this PR. To help keep @mslarae13 sane I'll close them when they're actually integrated into the submission portal (on dev).
