URIs for submission schema PVs sourced from MIxS have to be rewritten to pass riot validation #155

The square brackets in <https://example.com/nmdc_sub_schema/EnvBroadScaleSoilEnum#polar+biome+[ENVO:01000339]> are illegal in URIs

See documentation of the enum that contains that permissible value.

<https://example.com/nmdc_sub_schema/EnvBroadScaleSoilEnum#polar+biome+ENVO:01000339> would be acceptable
