Fixes https://github.com/microbiomedata/issues/issues/541
The main change is removing the modifications of examples and todos on water_content so that the correct examples flow through from nmdc-schema.

I also upgraded the nmdc-schema dependency to the latest (9.1.0 9.20) which requires upgrading LinkML (1.6.x) and disabling OWL generation (see https://github.com/microbiomedata/issues/issues/542).
