While working on https://github.com/microbiomedata/infra-admin/issues/18 I decided to fix a long-standing annoyance that the do_shuttle command from sheets-and-friends runs the imported enums come out in a non-deterministic order. This change just updates the dependency specification to get a version that fixes that issue.
