Added interfaces to existing submission schema slots
Added new slots: bulk_elect_conductivity and infiltrations (new for EMSL), host_disease_stat and link_addit_analys (MIxS terms that weren't in submission schema yet)
Updated import_slots_regardless.tsv to pull from schema version 10.0.0

I may also need help with this build error. I didn't think I changed anything that would affect external_database_identifiers?
