The file does not download automatically and there is no option to go forward f the usb-device does not show.

This is true for the ml-machine.og and datatrainer.dk version.

This is a critical issue as some (potentially many) users are not able to use the tool.

Steps to recreate: Do not connect any micro:bit through USB to your computer. See if you can get past the web-connect procedure and download the file instead.

Developer notes: use chrome://settings/content/usbDevices in url bar to disable WebUSB

This still needs to be fixed for the release-dr branch

This has now been fixed on both main and release-dr
