Rewrite community page #203

Re-words the community page for clarity/brevity where possible, and fixes a few broken things probably arrising from my great linebreak purge.

While this is in the pipeline, are there any other community hubs that could be added?

Re. Community hubs. I recently added the one's I am aware of, but would welcome any other others you know about.

Let's add this. We can always publish more community links as and when we come across them.

Agreed! My availability is patchy so I'm always happy for you to merge a WIP if it looks good, or even make the edits manually or grab patches if you happen to be looking at the same page.
