schematic: Fix some GitHub links and add BOM links to each board revision. #386

The old schematic and BOM link were broken and there was only a single BOM link pointing to V2.00, so added each individual BOM to this PR.

Also, it looks like it fixes https://github.com/microbit-foundation/dev-docs/issues/120.
