Add link to 'Universal Hex Separator' to the Universal Hex Tool page #396

I'm happy with this. Ideally it might be good to get 'splitter' in there for Googleability but I can't necessarily tell you why 'separator' and splitter' seem different

Thanks Jonny, I've updated the online tool and link in the docs to rename it "Universal Hex Splitter".

We also have a new standalone error hex file: https://github.com/microbit-foundation/incompatible-error-programme

I was going to open a new PR for this independent change, but because it's touching the same lines I thought it might be easier to have it all here to avoid having to clear conflicts later. 9fe28f7a11d7120cc0151bf127dffa2735a93b41
