Flashing devices examples from the app soft bricks V2 device #33

Describe the bug Flashing any of the example programs in the app results in the micro:bit V2 becoming unresponsive.

To resolve this, you need to flash a new program to the micro:bit via USB in one on the editors as per https://support.microbit.org/support/solutions/articles/19000116497-micro-bit-shows-symbol-or-is-unresponsive-after-flashing-with-bluetooth

The Android App is rubbish when it comes to Flashing the code. However no such problem with App running on an iPd.
