disconnection microbit soon after connection #24

Hi, when i try to connect my microbit in scratch 3 , after click on connection , i always have message of disconnection. I try with microbit v1.3 and microbit v1.5. I try with bluetooth connection and via usb cable too. The issue is the same. NO connection. Can you help me?
