Issues and updates found in walkthrough connection steps to connect PIC-IoT-WA board to AWS #19
Adding some changes that took place in AWS GUI(which are subject to change in future as well) and some minor pinpoints that can help first-timers with creating IAM User, group and policy.
Also some correction in provisioning commands: minor correction detail in the attachment -->
