Report YAML linting of CSV that is required by Red Hat #121

When pushing the operator on Red Hat's OpenShift Operator Hub, we discovered new YAML linting constraints on ClusterServiceVersion in https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/community-operators-prod/pull/4899

They have to be reported in this origin repo to avoid losing them for the next releases.
