Error reporting nighly by our external broken link workflow
The AMQP website certificate has expired on June 3rd, 2024: https://www.amqp.org/
This has been reported by email to the AMQP org, but I do not know if they will fix it... in the meantime, we can add the URL (which is still valid) to the exclude list.

Implementation ideas
