Lakshmi - GRN Create & Edit pages #9

  1. Apply to Purchase Order tab - If a PO number is entered, the related entries must be retrieved from purchase order table
  2. Change all the DataList with Select2 plugin
  3. Ship Via must be a drop-down list coming from master
  4. Apply to Purchases tab - User must be able to enter the Amount directly (by skipping Qty and Unit price)
  5. Make sure the GRN creation is working properly; now it's not working
