Add details about video hosting to the Pricing page

The current pricing page has no reference to the video hosting feature that was recently added. It should address at least below.

• Be added to the "Hosted microblog + hosted microcasts" section
• Information on limits clearly called out
• Title would have to be appropriately reworded

The page that Manton’s announcement of the feature links to calls it “Podcasting + video hosting” whereas the “Plans” menu on the main site calls it “New Blog + Audio + Video” (at least when you don’t have an existing Micro.blog-hosted blog).

I should also note, while on the subject of the pricing page,

1. Issue #22 that Simon logged about GitHub mirroring being disabled since the switch to Hugo, and

2. Both “Hosted blog” and whatever the blog+audio+video gets called (maybe “Hosted microblog + hosted microcasts + hosted videos”?) need to mention they include the “Cross-posting” plan that’s below; that has confused people since it was moved to the end of the page instead of being just after the “Basics” (it confused people in a different way when it was listed between “Basics” and “Hosted blog” ;-) )

I understand that many people are vocally opposed to branding and whatnot but I think the $10 plan ought to have a name; a "Hosted Plus" kind of name. Whilst I appreciate the value of being explicit, I think names that are a mouthful to express can easily wipe out that value.
