feature request: cross-post with links back to our micro.blog #104

I really like that posts that have a title link back to the micro.blog. I'm transitioning away from Twitter and the like, so I don't want my content there, but I still want others not willing to move to be able to follow along.

Example:

Hmm… I was worried about losing out on YouTube Premium (removing ads). Then I proceed to look at my YouTube subscriptions.

Yeah… I can probably ditch this and get some of my evening time back.

Instead of the Twitter post also being that content, it would be great if there was an option to automatically generate titles and create the following cross-posted Tweet instead:

Hmm... I was worried about... [http://thoughts.owensd.io/2018/08/16/hmm-i-was.html]()

I should be clear: I don’t want the title actually generated for the micro.blog post, just the cross posting to work as if it had a title.
