@paulrobertlloyd Thanks! You're right, on iOS we only check if you have a Micro.blog-hosted blog, not whether you're actually using it. I'll improve this.
The ‘Posts’ (and now ‘Pages’) options are still shown in version 3.0, but hidden in the settings sheet, so perhaps less of an issue.
Be nice if these views queried the external website to get a list of posts, though. I note that the ‘Upload’ screen shows images uploaded to an external website, which is comparable.
In Micro.blog for iOS (version 1.8), I have the app set up that I use it to post to a ‘WordPress or compatible weblog’. Therefore, the ‘Posts’ option shouldn’t appear on the first screen. (This is how the macOS app currently works).
