Epilogue Can't Add Shelves (nor recognize their addition without a restart) #257

Bookshelves can only be created on the web, not in the books app.

Further, if you are in Epilogue and then go to the web to create one you needed, it will not show up in Epilogue. This requires restarting Epilogue.

Thanks. I was actually just looking at this. At the very least, agree it should refresh properly.

This is fixed in the latest version released yesterday.

Specifically, the refreshing of bookshelves. There is still not a way to add or delete bookshelves from within the app, so I guess I'll keep this open.
