Incorrect links to project landing page #144

Hi!

Links to project landing page are incorrect; both missing www subdomain.

Current links in README.me and About point to https://sunlit.io as opposed to https://www.sunlit.io.

Thanks! The DNS was out of date, so I fixed that and it should fix the URLs too so both versions work.
