Official emulator: Pixel_3a_API_34 (Android 14)

1) The option "Allowed all the time" doesn't appear in the locations permission of microG services: microG perm

2) SafetyNet fail with 403 "Requests from this Android client application com.google.android.gms are blocked".

The fact that it fails seems lecit in an emulator but it is the error message that puzzle me:

I don't have time to look at it properly but it is also unable to request ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION.
