Telegram, Whatsapp and many other applications require google maps to determine and to share the location. But you can navigate the geodata from these applications with any navigator. I use the osmand. As a result, I install Google maps and freeze them, while applications no longer swear at the lack of maps. Maybe you can, without installing Google maps, throw some libraries, or some kind of framework to fool such applications? Or, for example, create an application of type Fakestore, for example Fakemaps?
I also exprience this with LINE from Naver, It's useless to talk to Naver and they never reply to my email. Other msg company like WEChat and such already support microG and work flawlessly, ughh..
