Remove Signal #12

The microg.org front page says:

At this point, several popular open-source applications like the secure messenger Signal already require some of Google's proprietary libraries to be installed.

However, Signal hasn't required any of Google's proprietary libraries to be installed since February:

It would probably be best to update the front page to use a different example, or at least remove "like the secure messenger Signal" until one is found.

The example is indeed a bad choice nowadays, and the text was not good anyway because basically every application that has a build-time dependency on play services (like Signal) is not open-source, as in only parts of the source code of the final application is available.

The website is subject to a major rewrite anyway, so I just removed the reference to Signal for now.

Hey @mar-v-in is that re-write still being worked on? Because I was going to help write one, Since when MicroG gets bought up on places like Reddit, some users don't understand what this is.
