 Auto-index Questions within a Course and allow any user to search for all
Questions imbedded in a Course.  NOTE - this functionality could also
support the auto-generation of a Student Workbook, that is, a separate
document that is compiled from all Assignments and/or Questions extracted
from a given Course.
