A person goes to the IBS 3.0 web site.  When they sign in, they will be 
presented 
with the Navigation screen.  The Navigation screen has a drop-down list box at 
the 
top, which allows the user to select the Group/Org in which they want to work.  
Each 
change of the Group/Org in this list box will cause the system to display the 
possible links that they can access based on their credentials for that 
Group/Org.  
If the user has the Facilitator credential for this group, then the 
"Facilitator" 
link will be displayed.  When they click this link, the browser 
will display the Facilitator Workroom page.  From this page, they will be 
presented with a list of classes that they are authorized to facilitate for 
this 
Group/Org -- More Detail in issue ID 44.
