Ability for Translator to translate (Course and perhaps Class) Calendar entries #68

Dependent on delivering Calendar capability. 

All calendar templates must of course support Internalization and 
Localization, but that is NOT what this is about.  This is regarding the
ability of Translators to actually  translate a given entry in a Calendar.   

We must discuss whether there is any code required to support this
requirement.
