Long text questions #96

When creating questions with text that is longer (I believe than 256 char)
which is 128 in unicode for other languages (Arabic for example), the text
gets truncated when displayed after saving, if you try to edit the page
later, the text is deleted completely from the question text area.

Fixed. Do an SVN update and use the new gclms_with_test_data.sql
